About this Coffee
A very limited small lot from the Los Pozos highlands of Chiriquí, Panama (~1,900 m.a.s.l.). Cup score: 89.75, with notes of lemongrass and stone fruit. Traditional natural process: ripe cherries are hand-selected, carefully cleaned, and dried on African beds for 15–22 days, then rested at least 15 more days in a dark room — an extra-slow drying that preserves the bean at its peak. Whole bean, 6 oz.
