About This Coffee
Bourbon Variety Washed Process - TAL
This Bourbon variety was picked at Café de Eleta’s farm in Piedra Candela starting in September of 2024 through January of 2025. At the conclusion of each daily harvest, the wet milling process begins, whereby the outer layers of the coffee are removed. The coffee is then dried in mechanical dryers for 10 days. Once dried, the coffee is ready to be stored in the warehouse.
