Refund policy

NO REFUNDS ON COFFEE
Soleil Brands LLC (Soleil Coffee) does not issue refunds on any coffee orders. Our coffee is roasted when ordered, and because this is a food product we cannot accept returns of coffee for the safety of our customers. 
However, if there is a problem with your coffee, please email us at info@soleilbrands.com so we can find out what’s happening and work to make it right.
No refund or exchange/replaced with other coffee of roasted/ green unroasted coffee for reason of flavor notes as described on the website.
