Landrace Ethiopian Variety Washed Process - Boquete

Lot# 2727-T2

On December 12, 2024 the lot was harvested and spread on beds at the Duncan farm in a thin layer for 2 hours to pre-dry, then it was placed in a thick layer of 15cm without covering and turned 3 times a day for 4 days. On December 28, 2024 the lot was collected and taken to the processing facility, left in white sacks overnight. On December 29, 2024 the lot was spread on African drying beds under the sun during the day and taken to the greenhouse at night for 7 days. It was spread into a thin layer of 5cm. On January 5, 2025 the lot was collected and taken to the laboratory on African drying beds with dehumidifiers for 7 days. On January 7, 2025 the lot came out dry and was stored in white sacks in the coffee storage warehouse.

Lot# 3018-T1

On January 11, 2025 the lot was harvested at Finca Duncan, picked and taken to the wet mill, where is was kept in white sacks overnight. On January 12, 2025 the lot was taken to the cold air room at 62°F, spread out in thin layers on African beds, and turned twice a day It remained in the room for a period of 5 days. On January 17, 2025 the lot was moved to African drying beds outside the greenhouse, under the sun, in thin layers of 5cm. At night, the lot was brought back into the greenhouse. This process lasted for 8 days. On January 25, 2025 the lot was collected and placed in a static dryer at 113°F for 4 days. On January 29, 2025 the lot came out dry and was stored in white sacks in the storage warehouse.
