Our Varietals

Geisha
This variety is known for its sweetness, pure and intense flavor that can mimic berry to citrus fruits to mango, papaya, and peach. It has floral notes as well. Geisha arrived in Panama in 1963. Due to the unique terroir in Panama, this variety has flourished. This is the champagne of coffee.

Caturra
A sub-species of the Bourbon variety, Caturra is prized for its compact size and sweet flavors. Tasting notes include florals, fruit, citrus, and chocolate.
Bourbon
