About This Coffee
This Geisha variety was picked starting in October of 2024 through January of 2025. At the conclusion of each daily harvest, the wet milling process begins, whereby the outer layers of the coffee are removed. The coffee is then sun-dried on African raised coffee beds for 10-20 days. Once dried, the coffee is ready to be stored in the warehouse.
